About the Fund
Established in 2025 through the generous vision of Brigitte Therivel, this fund honors both Brigitte and Bill Therivel’s commitment to youth development and leadership excellence. The fund primarily supports the Interamerican Leadership Training (ILT) program, an intensive week-long residential experience that brings together 50-80 young leaders from across the Americas for immersive leadership development.
